Hey everyone, I've been following William Shay Sisk's case here for a while, and I'm still in disbelief over how it all unfolded. I wanted to touch on the impact this terrible event had on Sisk's children, Tanner and Leightdon. Losing their dad in such a sudden and violent way must have been incredibly traumatic for them. I've read how much their dad meant to them and how involved he was in their lives. It breaks my heart to think about how they had to deal with this tragedy at such a young age. I can't imagine the strength it must take for them and their family to move forward. I hope they have a strong support system to lean on. Cases like these remind us of the ripple effect violence has, stretching far beyond just those immediately involved. If anyone has more updates on how the family is doing or ways we might be able to help support them, please share. Justice was served with Rust's conviction, but the healing process for Sisk's loved ones is probably ongoing.
