Is anyone else following the theft charge closely? I've been thinking a lot about how the grand jury's decision to not indict Calvin Pederson on a murder charge has left a lot of people upset and confused. It's devastating for David Malone's family, and I'm sure they're hoping something will come from the theft charge. From what I've read, this detail really complicates things. It makes me wonder if more will come out during the legal proceedings. I feel for David's loved ones who must be going through an unimaginable time. Anyone have insights on how theft charges like this might play out in court?
