I’ve been thinking a lot about Jahmel Luster’s case lately. It’s so incredibly frustrating knowing that his family is still waiting for justice over a decade later. I can't even begin to imagine the pain they must be feeling with no closure in sight. I was looking into the area around the 3000 block of Goodfellow Boulevard, and it seems like it’s a spot where people might have seen or heard something. It's a pretty busy area, after all. If anyone was in the area on May 5, 2012, I hope they're reminded that even the smallest detail could help. It’s also concerning to think about how many unsolved cases there are in St. Louis. Keeping Jahmel in our thoughts might remind us all to stay vigilant and speak up if we ever see or hear something suspicious. Hopefully, someone comes forward soon. Jahmel and his loved ones deserve peace.
