Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the impact that all of this media attention must have on Steven Coleman's family. It's truly difficult to imagine what they are going through, especially when productions sensationalize such a personal tragedy. It seems like some of these documentaries and shows focus more on crafting a compelling story rather than staying true to the facts. I came across a discussion where someone mentioned that it feels like these media portrayals almost dehumanize both the victims and their families, reducing them to nothing but characters in a story. It must be incredibly painful for the Coleman family to see a loved one represented inaccurately, especially given how raw their grief still is. I wonder if there's anything we, as a community, can do to support the Coleman family in their call to stop misleading portrayals of Steven. Respect for the victim and their family should always come first, even in true crime media. Sending my thoughts to all those affected by this tragedy. Thoughts?

Did anyone else look into the timeline of the purchases made on Steven’s credit card after he was already reported missing? I find it so disturbing to think about how brazen Cierra was in those moments. It’s like she thought she could just carry on as if nothing had happened. The courage it must take to commit such a gruesome act and then act nonchalant is just beyond comprehension. And then, to see Steven's family have to go through the pain of not only losing a loved one in such a violent way but also watching the aftermath play out in the media... It's absolutely gut-wrenching. I really feel for them, especially with how their son's memory is being handled in those documentaries. They deserve privacy and peace to remember Steven without the sensationalism.

I’ve been following the Steven Coleman case, and one aspect that really stands out is the disturbing use of his credit cards by Cierra Sutton after his death. It’s chilling how she went on to purchase items like duct tape and a mattress pad. It feels like such a callous act, adding salt to an already fresh wound for Steven’s family. I can’t imagine how devastating it must be for them to know his cards were used in such a manner right after losing him so tragically. It raises so many questions about her state of mind during that time. I hope the Colemans are finding some semblance of peace and have a strong support system around them. It’s deeply troubling to see the ongoing media exploitation of Steven’s story, and I truly hope that his memory is honored in a manner befitting who he was, not how he was tragically taken.
