I've been following Kiera's case since the beginning, and one part that really haunts me is the location of the shooting. Gravois Park is a place where community members should feel safe to gather, yet it turned into a scene of such tragedy. It's hard not to think about how many people, including kids and families, frequent that area during the day. I can't imagine what it must be like for Kiera and Ronisha's friends to return there now, knowing what happened. I've seen similar cases discussed where community vigils were held at the scene—a beautiful but somber way to honor the victims and reclaim the space in their memory. If the local organizations haven't yet, maybe a yearly event or memorial could be a way to keep these young women's stories alive in our hearts and push us to keep seeking justice for them. It's frustrating beyond words that no one's been held accountable yet, and I hope someone comes forward with the crucial tip needed to crack this case wide open.
Hi everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Kiera D. Tanter, and my heart goes out to her family, Ronisha’s family, and everyone affected by this senseless loss. I was thinking about the broader implications, particularly the impact this shooting has had on the Gravois Park neighborhood. It seems like such a close-knit community, and I can't imagine how this act of violence has rippled through the lives of the people living there.
It's incredibly frustrating to see cases like this remain unsolved, especially when a community is trying so hard to heal and move forward. With so much attention on finding justice for Kiera and Ronisha, I wonder if there are enough resources being allocated to ensure that safety concerns in the area are properly addressed?
I’m curious if anyone here has heard about any community-led initiatives or gatherings that have taken place in Gravois Park since then. Maybe there's a way we can help support those efforts, whether it's through spreading awareness or participating in events. I really believe in the power of community solidarity.
