I was deeply moved by the way the community in Sutherland Springs rallied together after the tragic events of November 5, 2017. The memorials set up in honor of Shani Louise Brauher Corrigan and the other victims were incredibly poignant. It's heartwarming to see how people who may have not known each other beforehand came together, supporting each other during such a trying time. Shani was clearly loved by many, and it’s moments like these that highlight the strength and resilience of people united by love and loss. It’s so crucial that as a community, we continue to remember and honor those who were lost, ensuring their stories and the incredible people they were are never forgotten. My heart goes out to Shani's family and all the families affected.
