Reading about Curtis Shelley's tragic death is incredibly distressing, especially considering the circumstances surrounding the case. I was struck by the detail about the incident being caught on video. Watching someone walk away with their hands up, presumably in an attempt to deescalate the situation, only to be met with such a violent outcome, is beyond comprehension. It must be unbearably difficult for his family to know there's visual evidence of what happened and still feel like justice has not been served. This entire situation raises so many questions about how cases like this are handled, especially when there's a potential conflict of interest with the shooter's connection to law enforcement. I sincerely hope the Shelley family finds the answers and closure they're seeking. Curtis deserved so much better.

Hey everyone, I've been following the Curtis E. Shelley case and am truly at a loss over how the grand jury didn't bring charges against Fasulo. I can't imagine what Curtis's family is going through—it sounds so distressing. I've seen the clips from the video, and it's hard to shake off how Curtis had his hands up when he was shot. The fact that the investigation was turned over to the Rangers gives a glimmer of hope for justice, but it's tough to stomach the decision. Considering Fasulo's connection to the police department, I find it baffling that more transparency wasn't a priority. It's just so alarming to think that potentially critical evidence might have been overlooked or misinterpreted because of his ties. If anyone heard updates on where the family is with their pursuit of truth, I'd love to hear it. Let's support them and hope they find the answers they deserve.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the Curtis Shelley case and wanted to discuss how crucial the video evidence is. I can't imagine the pain and frustration the Shelley family must feel knowing there's clear footage showing Curtis walking away with his hands up. It's infuriating that this seems to have been overlooked, especially after the grand jury's decision. Video evidence should have been a turning point in the investigation. How it wasn't enough to bring charges is beyond me. This makes me wonder if, had the roles been reversed, the outcome would have been the same or if justice would have prevailed. Keeping in mind the emotional toll this takes on the family, I hope they continue to find strength in their fight for Curtis. Anyone else have thoughts on the weight of video evidence in cases like this? Take care, and let’s keep hopeful for the Shelley family.
