Has anyone looked into the possibility of nearby CCTV cameras that might have captured something the night Quincy McCall was shot? I know that area near the University of Houston can have quite a bit of foot traffic, plus businesses might have security footage that could provide some leads. Quincy deserves justice, and any small detail could be crucial. It's just so frustrating that no one has come forward yet, and it's been almost six years. I'm thinking of his family and friends who still have so many unanswered questions. If anyone knows of similar cases where CCTV helped, please share. It might be a long shot, but you never know what could help the investigation.
