Has anyone else been following the case of Raymond Lindgren's murder? I've been thinking a lot about the impact this tragedy must have had on his family, especially his kids. It's unimaginable to lose a parent in such a traumatic way. I read that Lindgren was just trying to work on his car when his life was senselessly taken. It's so sad to think about how everyday moments can turn deadly so quickly due to someone's anger and poor decision-making. I can't even begin to understand how his wife and children are managing to get through each day with such a huge void in their lives. The legal system did eventually catch up with Cruz, and he’s serving a long sentence, but I wonder if that provides any sense of closure or peace to the family. My heart goes out to them. I hope they have a strong support system and are finding ways to heal together.
