Hey everyone, I've been reading through some of the details surrounding Jonah Rivera's tragic case and can't help but feel frustrated about the legal hurdles involved. One aspect that's been on my mind is the use of forensic evidence (or lack thereof) in this situation. From what I understand, it seems like a big part of the charges against Trejo were dropped because there wasn't enough solid evidence to tie him to the actual crime scene, which really highlights how crucial that forensic link can be in such cases. It's baffling and saddening to think that the case might never get the closure that Jonah's family deserves. I just wish there were more advancements or stronger protocols in place to help avoid these heartbreaking roadblocks in investigations. It must be so painful for his loved ones to see someone potentially involved in such a violent act escape full justice due to technicalities. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and cared for Jonah. Let's hope some new evidence comes to light or that future investigations will improve to help bring justice in cases like these. Thoughts?
