Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Adam Shorter, and it hits so close to home for so many reasons. What really struck me was the bravery his girlfriend showed in such a traumatic moment. I can’t imagine the trauma she is going through, having witnessed that and then trying to get help immediately. Even in her panic, she called 911 right away—something that takes a lot of courage in a situation like that. I wonder how she's doing now. I hope she has the support she needs to deal with the aftermath. It must be incredibly tough to process losing someone you care about so suddenly and violently. If anyone knows of resources or support groups that could be beneficial for people who have experienced similar trauma, it might be helpful to share them here. Sending thoughts to Adam’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. ?️
