Have any of you been following the details about Jhoel Hidalgo Sevilla's personal life? I came across a mention that he was really involved in his local community and had been doing some volunteer work at a nearby shelter. I’ve been following the tragic story of Jhoel Hidalgo Sevilla and cannot shake off the impact this event had on the Tyler community.
