Has anyone else been following the court proceedings against Kimmitt Smith? I can only imagine how intense it must be for Damion's family and friends to sit through these hearings and relive the tragedy over and over again. From what I understand, Smith isn't saying much to the detectives, which leaves a lot of questions unanswered. I hope the prosecutor has enough evidence to piece everything together without his testimony. It's so tough to find closure without a clear understanding of what happened.
