Has anyone heard any theories or rumors about the Army jacket that Judy was last seen wearing? It's always stuck out to me as an interesting detail. Was it a hand-me-down, or did she get it from someone else? I know it's been decades, but that jacket could have some significance we might be overlooking. Maybe tracing its origins could open up new leads or connections. Anyone have any thoughts or insight into this angle?
Wow, I came across Judy Lynn Davis's case recently, and something really stuck out to me. After all this time, it's still baffling how nobody has come forward with solid information. I was reading about where she was last seen—West 60th and Pearl Streets—and can't help but wonder about the area back in 1972. Was it busy at night? Would there have been witnesses? The fact that she vanished after a supposed night out at the movies makes me think there might have been someone who saw something unusual back then, even if they didn't realize it at the time. I'm curious if any surveillance footage, even from nearby businesses or whatever, was ever checked. I mean, it's a long shot after all these years, but maybe a fresh appeal to the public could jog someone's memory. Anyone from Jacksonville here who remembers anything about that area or time?
I was digging through some old newspaper articles online and came across Judy Lynn Davis's case. What caught my eye was her description. The Army jacket paired with red and denim must have stood out back in the day. It makes you wonder if anyone at the movies or near that area on May 13, 1972, noticed something strange. It's been so long, but maybe someone’s memory could be triggered by such a specific outfit? Sometimes it's those little details that make a big difference. Also, her sister’s dedication to finding out what happened is truly inspiring. I hope they get the answers they deserve. Anyone here from Jacksonville or familiar with the area back then who might remember the street vibe or if there were any known trouble spots other locals steered clear of?
