I’ve been following Andrew Marcus Perez’s case, and something that bothers me is the lack of surveillance footage being discussed. He was a manager at Whataburger, which likely means he was familiar with the late-night crowd and could have had security cameras at work. I wonder if law enforcement was able to review any footage from the restaurant or nearby businesses around the time of his murder. It seems like such a densely populated area should have some kind of digital trail that the police could follow. It’s frustrating that no arrests have been made, and I can't help but feel for Andrew’s family. They deserve answers and justice for their son. If anyone in the Pleasanton area has information or noticed anything suspicious around that time, please consider coming forward. Andrew's family and the community need your help to bring the person responsible to justice.
Has anyone else heard about the candlelight vigil they held for Andrew Marcus Perez after his passing? I read that it took place near his workplace, the local Whataburger where he was a manager. From what I can gather, the people who came together to honor him spanned all ages, which shows just how much Andrew meant to the community. It must have been so tough for his parents, Larry and Catarina, to see the outpouring of love, but maybe it offered a bit of comfort knowing how cherished he was by everyone around him. It's tragic to think about the light he's brought into others' lives and how sudden, senseless violence could take him away so soon. I sincerely hope the investigation finds some answers soon—not only for the sake of justice but also to give his family the peace they so desperately need.
