Hey everyone, I've been following the Corey Stephens case pretty closely, and something I've been thinking about is the role of the local community throughout this whole ordeal. It's been genuinely moving to see how people have come together in support of Corey's family and to demand justice for him. It can't be easy for them, dealing with such a horrible loss, but knowing that they have so many people standing by their side must be somewhat comforting. I've read about community-led vigils and even some fundraising efforts to help the family cover legal costs. It really highlights how impactful Corey's life was to those around him.
