Did anyone see the beautiful show of solidarity during Margie Kay Reckard’s funeral? It was incredibly touching to see how the community and strangers from all over came together to support Antonio Basco. With no family of his own, knowing that hundreds of people showed up to celebrate Margie’s life must have meant the world to him. Times like these emphasize the strength and compassion of humanity amidst such senseless violence. Being there in spirit with Antonio and all the victims' families, I hope events like this encourage continued conversations on preventing such tragedies. Sending prayers and love to everyone affected.

I've been thinking a lot about Antonio Basco lately, and I just can't imagine the depth of his loss after Margie's death. It's been mentioned before how the community rallied around him, but isn't it remarkable how strangers from all corners of the world came forward to support him in his time of need? I think in the middle of all this darkness, it speaks volumes about the power of human kindness. Does anyone else have thoughts on how communities can effectively support those left behind after such tragedies? I'm curious if there are ongoing efforts or memorials for the victims in El Paso. It feels like honoring their memory might bring some solace to those they left behind. Just trying to find a glimmer of hope amidst such an unfathomable situation.
