Does anyone else find it alarming that there haven't been any arrests in Jacob's case despite the incident happening over four years ago? It's hard to believe that someone capable of such violence is still out there. I've been reading up on the Capehart addition area, where he was found, and it seems to be a place with a bit of history, especially with it being former naval housing. Could this have played a role in what happened to Jacob somehow? My heart goes out to Jacob's family and friends. They must be having such a difficult time, having to relive the tragedy every year without any answers or justice. It's truly unimaginable. If anyone knows anything or might have seen something, I really urge you to come forward. It could make all the difference.
