Hey everyone, I was doing a deep dive into cold cases and stumbled across the disappearance of Eloy Cisero Garcia from San Jose in 1978. Something that stands out to me is the tattoos he had, which seem pretty unique. The "Por Vida" with the three flowers and the skunk tattoo could have connections to local groups or artists from that era. I wonder if anyone has looked into tattoo parlors from that time and area? Somebody might remember doing such distinctive work. Does anyone have insights on how tattoos have helped in other cases? It feels like a possible lead that might not have been fully explored back then. Maybe reaching out to older parlors still around could shed some light or bring a fresh perspective. Thoughts?
