Hi everyone, I’ve been following Michael Henry Brushingham’s case for a while now, and something that's been on my mind is the timeline of events. Michael went missing in December 1979, yet he wasn't reported missing until July 1981. That's a pretty significant gap. Does anyone know what was going on during that time? I can’t help but wonder if this delay hindered the investigation or if there were any developments during that period that we don’t know about. Also, could this have led to crucial evidence being lost or unnoticed? Circling back to David Sr., the comments he allegedly made right after Michael disappeared are definitely unsettling. Was he ever formally investigated in the timeline between 1979 and 1981, or was it purely suspicion without any direct action for those years? Anyone with more insight into why the delay happened or how it might have impacted the case?
