Does anyone have more info on the 1985 search that was conducted for McNear and Atterbury? I've always been curious about what kind of technology or resources they were using back then to search such a rugged area. From what I gathered, the terrain near South Platte is pretty tough to navigate, and I'm wondering if they could have missed something. Also, were there any limitations that might have affected the thoroughness of the search? It's just unsettling to think they might still be out there somewhere, and nobody was able to find anything definitive. Any insights or thoughts on this?
