I've been following the tragic case of Jalon Spencer and the more I think about it, the more I wonder about the security measures in that apartment complex parking lot. It's so saddening to think that a young man's life was cut short in what should have been a safe environment. From what I've gathered, there’s talk about possible negligent security claims.
Does anyone familiar with the area know if this place lacked security cameras or proper lighting? If so, it might explain how the shooter was able to get away so quickly. It's frustrating to think this might have been preventable. Jalon's family deserves answers and justice.
