Have any of Derrick’s friends or family members shared memories or anecdotes about him that might shed some light on his life and character? Sometimes, understanding a person's world and relationships can provide clues about what happened. It's terrible that Derrick’s loved ones are left with so many questions and no answers about his passing. From what I can gather, his nickname "Boosie" suggests he was well-loved and had a close-knit circle. Has there been any discussion in the local Fort Worth community about gatherings or vigils that might have also served to bring any new information to light? Keeping his story alive might encourage someone with information to come forward.
