I’ve been following the case of Karl Yarbrough and just wanted to say how deeply I feel for his loved ones and the community he served. It’s scary to think that someone would resort to such violence over an argument. Karl seemed like the kind of person who’d be the heart of his community, owning a local store and undoubtedly knowing so many of the people who walked through those doors. I can’t even imagine the impact of his loss on his family and regulars at the store. It’s frustrating that, even with so many potentially knowing his killer, there hasn’t been an arrest yet. I’m hoping that someone will come forward with information soon. If you know anything, please reach out to Detective Wheeler. Victims like Karl deserve justice and closure, and so do all the people who knew and loved him.
