Has anyone else heard about those events Crystal Miller's family organizes every year? I went to one a few months back in Salem, and it was really moving. It’s clear that they’ve never given up hope, even after all these years. You could feel the support from the community too, which was heartening. It got me thinking—couldn't events like these help jog someone’s memory, maybe someone who saw or heard something back in the day and didn't realize it was important? I just hope that with every event, there's a chance for new information to come to light that might point to what happened that January day in 1984. Would be interested to hear from anyone who's attended in the past or who thinks these outreach efforts can make a real difference.
