Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Izaiah Riojas and my heart aches for his family, especially his mom, Guadalupe. I was thinking about something—does anyone know more about the individuals who fled the scene? From everything we’ve heard so far, it's baffling how some people bolted instead of helping. I can't imagine how terrifying the moment must have been, but leaving Izaiah there is just beyond comprehension. Are there any updates on who these people were or if they're facing any legal action? I feel like understanding why they reacted that way could be crucial for bringing closure to Izaiah’s loved ones. Anyone else have thoughts on this aspect of the case?

I just wanted to share my thoughts on a detail that keeps coming back to me about Izaiah Riojas' tragic death. I saw an interview where his mother, Guadalupe Castro, questioned why some of the people in the car chose to flee after the accident. It's so difficult to imagine the fear and confusion everyone involved must have felt, but I completely understand Guadalupe's need for answers. Why didn't someone immediately call for help? I can't begin to fathom the pain of losing a child in such senseless circumstances, and it seems like understanding these parts of the story might not only bring some closure to his family but also serve as a crucial lesson. If anyone has more insight into how these things typically unfold or how we as a community can support his family beyond the memorial basketball tournament, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Let's not forget Izaiah was a young man with dreams and aspirations in basketball—such a tough loss.
