I wish he would have just offed himself. Now he sits in prison for the rest of his life just costing the taxpayers money. Wish they would have given him the death penalty. Especially in Texas. They don't mess around with dragging the execution on for years and years like most states. I just don't understand why he didn't get death. It makes no sense. He killed 23 people. How do you not die in a death penalty state if you kill that many people?
