I was digging through some old newspaper archives and stumbled upon a report from 1985 that mentioned Nhi T. Nguyen's case. It briefly noted that there was a "shadowy figure" seen near her apartment on the day she went missing. Does anyone else remember reading about this or have any additional info on who this person might have been? Seems odd that it wasn't widely discussed later on. Could this have been a missed opportunity for a lead? It makes me wonder if there might still be someone out there who saw something significant but didn't come forward at the time.
Has anyone looked into the possibility of Nhi meeting someone through a community event or a local park? It seems like she didn’t know many people in Port Angeles, which makes me wonder how she might have spent her time with two young kids. Maybe she had a specific place she frequented where someone could have seen her regularly. Given that her husband worked in Alaska, she might've been lonely and more inclined to chat with other parents or locals she ran into. Any idea if investigators checked out local meet-ups or social gatherings she could have attended? It might offer some clues or at least people who saw her around that time!
Has anyone looked into the possibility that Nhi might have known someone in Alaska where her husband was working? She seemed to be fairly new to the area in Port Angeles, and it's unclear if she had any close ties there. I'm just wondering if she could have made plans to meet someone her husband might have been acquainted with. It could be a stretch, but given how cold this case has gone, any angle might be worth exploring. Maybe there's something more to the Alaska connection than we realize?
