I’ve been thinking a lot about the argument around firearm safety and responsibility highlighted by Cojuan’s passing. This tragic accident serves as such a painful reminder of just how crucial it is to prevent children from coming into contact with guns, particularly ones modified to be even more dangerous. The fact that a young life was cut short due to a preventable situation is devastating. I really feel for Cojuan's family and can’t imagine the grief they’re enduring. As the community rallies around them seeking justice, it’s so important to keep pushing for stricter laws and preventive measures.
