It's just so incredibly sad for Rigoberto Barron’s family and friends. It must be such a shock, not just losing him, but in such a brutal way. I can’t even imagine what his co-workers are going through after finding him like that. It’s really telling how close these work communities can be, spending every day together; they must be devastated. I wonder if there were any red flags about Serafin Andrade before this terrible incident. Did anyone at work see any signs that he might have been capable of such violence? It makes you think about how little we might know about people we see every day. I hope the authorities find Andrade soon and bring some sense of justice and peace to Barron’s loved ones. It's a reminder of how conflicts can escalate and the importance of conflict resolution in the workplace. It's just all so terribly tragic.
