Hey everyone, I've been following the Rufus Hill case closely, and I can't help but wonder about the lack of surveillance footage from the area where he was found on Spring Avenue. I know it's not uncommon for areas to have limited camera coverage, but I'm hoping someone might remember seeing something, even if it seemed minor at the time.
