I recently came across Marcus Tate’s NamUs profile, and something stood out to me. Given how notoriously quiet the New Year’s Eve timeframe can be for witnesses coming forward, I wonder if that might be a factor in why the investigation stalled. Could it be that potential witnesses were either out of town or preoccupied with the holiday? If Marcus went missing late at night after the gathering, it might have been tough for anyone to notice him leaving or see anything unusual. Does anyone know if investigators have revisited people who were at the gathering, or if there's been any effort to reach out in case anyone remembers something new after all these years? It's worth another shot to jog people's memories and see if anyone recalls even the smallest detail.
