Hey everyone,
I've been following Devon Fletcher’s case closely, and something that really strikes me is the community's role in all this. It’s so frustrating and sad to see how mistrust between the community and law enforcement can stall investigations. I keep thinking about the people who witnessed the shooting but felt they couldn't come forward with info, whether out of fear or distrust. How can justice be served if witnesses don’t feel safe speaking out?
It’s just deeply troubling to see how these systemic issues play out in cases like Devon’s. The pain Devon’s family must be feeling, knowing that the people responsible are still out there, is unimaginable. It's a difficult situation, but I hope we can encourage those who might know something to speak up, especially with Crime Stoppers offering anonymity. Everyone deserves justice, and it’s up to the community to play a part too.

I can't stop thinking about the impact this has had on Devon's family and friends. It’s been years, and I'm sure that time hasn't healed the pain they endure daily. The random violence that tore Devon and Whitney from their loved ones is just devastating. It’s incredibly frustrating to see cases like these go unsolved for so long.
The lack of eyewitness cooperation is understandable given the circumstances, but it's such a colossal barrier to finding the truth. It's like solving these cases requires some sort of miracle at this point, and it shouldn't be that way. The community needs to feel safe enough to come forward without fear. I'm really hoping that renewed attention someday brings the answers that Devon and Whitney's families deserve.
For anyone following this case, do you think there might be a chance that updated investigative techniques or technology could provide new leads?
