I just can't shake the feeling of injustice for Jeremiah and his family. From what I've been able to gather, it seems like he didn't stand a chance once things took that tragic turn. What's really sticking with me is how he ended up in the roadway on MLK and Pine Street. It must have been so surreal and horrifying for anyone who stumbled upon that scene. It breaks my heart to think about the special people in his life waking up to this terrible news, knowing they'd never hear his voice or see him again. I hope the community rallies together for his family during this horrific time and that justice is fully served for everyone involved. Stay strong, Silsbee.
