Has anyone else read about the security footage situation at the K-Mart where Douglas was last seen? I've been following his case on and off, and I can't stop wondering about what was going on back then with surveillance tech. From what I understand, the store either didn't have cameras or the footage wasn't preserved. It's frustrating to think how some missing person cases might have had totally different outcomes if better security measures were in place at the time.
