Douglas Hugh Presnell, a 35-year-old man from Asheville, North Carolina, was last seen on December 2, 1989. On that day, his mother dropped him off at a local K-Mart in Asheville with the understanding that he would call her later for a ride. However, Douglas never made that call, and he has not been seen or heard from since.
