Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the broader issue of gun violence in St. Louis during the time Aaron Henry was tragically killed, and I'm curious about what improvements, if any, have been made since 2015. That year was devastating, not only for Aaron's family but for many others who lost loved ones. With the alarming 60% spike in homicides, it's clear that systemic changes were desperately needed. Does anyone know if St. Louis has since taken steps to address the ease of access to firearms or the systemic issues within the criminal justice system that were partially blamed for that year's violence? It's so important that we find ways to prevent such tragedies in the future, and I hope Aaron's story can be a reminder of the changes still needed. Any insights or updates would be appreciated. Stay safe everyone.
