Hey everyone, I’ve been following India Antanette Blake’s case closely and I keep thinking about the location where this all happened. The 6000 block of Emma Avenue - it’s just so gut-wrenching to imagine the violence that went down there. What strikes me most is how this area could've been a home, a neighborhood where kids play and families live in peace. It’s tough knowing that David Harvey, with his history, was still out there. How does a neighborhood cope when something like this happens? My heart goes out to India’s kids and family. This isn't something they should ever have had to endure. I wish there was a way to turn back time and change things for her and the community who must still feel the echoes of this tragedy. Does anyone else have insights or thoughts on how these communities find strength after such losses? Thanks for reading.
