Has anyone else come across the theory about Kathyren Burgess being a victim of robbery gone wrong? I was reading through some old newspaper archives, and apparently, her neighborhood had a series of break-ins around the time she went missing. It makes me wonder if maybe her disappearance wasn't planned, but could've been a spur-of-the-moment crime that escalated. It's so baffling to me that with the LAPD involved, we still don't have more details after all these years. I hope someone who knows something comes forward; even the smallest piece of information might break this cold case wide open. Thoughts?
I was going through old missing persons cases the other day, and Kathyren Burgess's story caught my eye. It's baffling how someone can just vanish without a trace, isn't it?
