I've been following the tragic case of Darryus Rice and can't help but feel a deep sense of sorrow for his family and friends. After this devastating loss, does anyone know if there have been community vigils or gatherings in honor of Darryus or Kenneth Walker? I think it's so vital for communities to come together, not only to mourn the loss but also to push for positive change. If anyone has attended such events or seen any grassroots initiatives arising in Deep Ellum since this incident, I’d love to hear more about it. Staying connected and supporting each other through these tragedies can be so powerful, and I hope Darryus's family knows they're in the thoughts of many.
