I’ve been following the Milton Rodriguez case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the role Elizabeth Saenz Mujica played in all of this. Knowing she was not only involved but that she allegedly bought the weapon and helped Miguel flee really makes me question what drives a person to such an extent. Was it loyalty to family, fear, or something else entirely? Whatever the case, it’s just beyond comprehension. I can’t help but think of Milton’s family and how knowing the involvement of multiple people must add to their pain. Losing someone in such a violent way is already unimaginable, and having it be part of a seemingly orchestrated act just seems to magnify the tragedy. My thoughts are definitely with Milton’s kids and the rest of his loved ones as they try to make sense of it all.
