I came across this case recently, and I can’t stop thinking about how vibrant and full of dreams Raul seemed to be. It's devastating to see a young life with so much potential be cut so short. The fact that he dreamed of owning a barbershop really stood out to me—it shows his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for life. He must have brought joy to those around him, whether through his sense of humor or his radiant smile, as his obituary mentioned.
As a community, we need to rally around Raul’s family and ensure they know they aren’t alone as they face this unimaginable situation. The lack of any motive or arrests must be so difficult for them, and I sincerely hope that the investigation progresses soon. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that justice will prevail and that those responsible will be held accountable.
To anyone reading this in the El Paso area: if you have any information, please consider coming forward to help Raul's family find some closure. In the meantime, keeping them in our thoughts and prayers seems like the least we can do.

I wonder if anyone else noticed the significance of the location where the shooting happened—Shawver Park. It's a pretty popular spot in El Paso, right? It makes me think that the choice of location might not have been random.
Shawver Park is a place where lots of people, especially young folks, like to hang out. I keep wondering if the shooter knew Raul or Steven—perhaps they were targeted specifically because they were known to frequent that area? Or was it simply a tragic coincidence that ended in this horrific event?
Raul seemed like such a promising young guy from everything we've heard—dreaming of owning a barbershop, being a big family person. I can't help but hope that anyone who might have seen something that night comes forward with information, no matter how small it might seem. It's frustrating to see his family go through this nightmare without answers, and they deserve to know what happened. My thoughts go out to them as they continue their quest for justice.
