Hey everyone, I've been looking into the Dz Ying-Pu case from '92, and something that's been on my mind is his karate school on West Alameda. It's peculiar that he was last seen there, considering it doubled as his home, too. You'd think someone might have seen something unusual around those dates. Could it be someone from his school or a visitor that might have info but hasn't come forward yet? Also, was there any indication of tension or trouble at the school that police looked into? If anyone has details or thoughts on this aspect, it could be worth exploring further. Just trying to piece things together from a different angle.

Has anyone else looked into Dz Ying-Pu's karate school on West Alameda? I find it odd that the last place he was seen was also both his business and home. I've been thinking about the logistics of running a business where you live and disappeared from. Did anyone come forward who trained at his school around the time he went missing? Perhaps a student or someone who frequented the dojo saw or heard something unusual. Also, his lifestyle might have brought him into contact with different people. It's a stretch, but could it be possible someone from the dojo holds a clue and doesn't even realize it? It's been over 30 years, and it seems like any small detail might be crucial. Thoughts?

Has anyone looked into the possibility that Dz Ying-Pu might have left voluntarily? I know we're all focused on his disappearance being suspicious because of the way it went down, but it's not entirely unheard of for someone to walk away from their life, even if it seems out of character. I mean, he lived and worked at the same location, so there might have been personal or professional pressures we're not aware of. Maybe he got into something over his head and decided to bolt? Not saying this is likely, but it could explain the complete lack of clues. What do you all think? Could he have kept ties to some other place or even another community we know nothing about?
