I've been following the case of Alberto Garza Sr. closely, and one thing that's really troubling is the lack of clarity around why this happened. It's so difficult to grasp how senseless the violence was. From what has been shared, it seems like there was a connection between Joshua Walker and the victims, but the "why" piece is still so hard to understand. It's terrifying to think that such devastation can occur with seemingly no reason. My heart goes out to the Garza family and to Timothy Lovato as he recovers both physically and emotionally. Given the situation, I can't imagine how difficult it must be for them to find peace without answers. I hope the continued investigation will bring some clarity and justice to those who are suffering from this tragedy.
I can’t stop thinking about the role of alcohol in this tragedy. It's so unsettling to see how a night out can turn into something so devastating. I've seen cases before where heavy drinking has led to such irreversible outcomes, but it doesn't get any easier to understand. I can’t imagine how Walker or his family must feel, knowing that a bout of intoxication might be part of why this all happened. But more than anything, my heart goes out to Alberto Garza Sr.'s family and friends. His life was taken so senselessly, and it just reminds me how precious and fragile life is. I hope this serves as a wake-up call for people about the danger of alcohol-fueled violence. The community really seems shaken by this, and I hope they find some comfort and justice as the case moves forward.
