I've been following Roberto Martinez's case for a while now, and something that's been bugging me is the timeframe between when he was last seen and when he was reported missing. Six months seem like a really long time for no updates, especially if he was expected in Bartow shortly after leaving Immokalee. I wonder why it took so long for his disappearance to be reported. Did his family think he was just taking his time, or could there have been some misunderstanding about his travel plans? It's especially concerning given his epilepsy. Anyone have any thoughts or similar cases they've heard of where the missing person's condition might have delayed reporting?
