I just came across some discussions about Curtis Malik Stevenson's case, and I'm really struck by how pivotal the role of surveillance footage was in the investigation. It's hard not to feel for Curtis's family, knowing that every bit of evidence brings them both closer to justice and the harsh reality of losing him. The officers went through hours of footage to piece together the sequence of events leading up to that tragic night, which must have been an incredibly painstaking process. I can't even imagine the relief and sorrow intertwined when the truth started to unfold. It's a testament to the determination to find closure, even though it can't fill the void left by Curtis's passing. My thoughts continue to go out to his family during this difficult time.
