I've been following the case of Jonathan Tyler Rodriguez and noticed something about the crime scene that I haven’t seen many people discussing. The fact that his car was found abandoned and disabled not far from the parking lot makes me wonder about the suspect's intentions. It seems odd that a carjacker wouldn't get far with the vehicle. Could this mean that it was someone inexperienced with that type of car, or perhaps weren't actually intending to steal it? Was it just a scare tactic that escalated? My heart goes out to Jonathan’s family and friends as they seek answers. I hope the community and authorities can work together to find whoever is responsible and bring some peace to those still grieving. Anyone else have thoughts on why the suspect abandoned the car so quickly?
