I’ve been following this case closely, and something that really tugs at my heart is the impact on Kennedi’s 9-month-old baby. Losing a mother at such a tender age is unimaginable. This child will grow up without the love and guidance of a mother who was taken in such a senseless act of violence. It’s hard not to think about what the future holds for the little one and who will share stories of Kennedi’s life with him as he grows. It’s a devastating reality for her family, and I truly hope they find strength and support from the community during this time. My thoughts are with them, and I hope swift justice comes for Kennedi and D'Yani. If anyone has details that could help the investigators, please don’t hesitate to step forward.
