I've been following Joe Sidney Williams Jr.'s case, and I can't stop thinking about the trauma that his family must be enduring right now. A loss like this leaves unimaginable scars, and I hope that they are receiving all the support and love they deserve. I also keep wondering about the wider implications for Killeen. With this being the 15th murder in 2022, it raises concerns about safety and what’s driving these violent acts. It feels like something needs to change—enforcement, community programs, addressing root causes—anything to prevent more tragedies. If anyone from the area has insights on what the local community feels about this situation, I'd be really interested to hear. My heart goes out to everyone affected.
