Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Jamiah McCoy, and I can't help but feel so many emotions. One aspect that’s really been on my mind is the role of security at the Tides Highland Apartments. It's so troubling to think that a young life might have been saved with better measures in place. From what I’ve read, it seems this wasn’t the first incident to raise concerns about safety in that complex. I keep thinking about how hard this must be for Jamiah’s family, not only dealing with the loss but facing the possibility that it could have been prevented. It is so important for apartment complexes, especially in high-traffic areas, to ensure that their security is up to standard. I wonder if recent incidents might push management to reconsider and improve their security protocols. My heart goes out to all who knew Jamiah, and I hope that the authorities can get justice for her family soon. Does anyone know if there's been any movement on a potential lawsuit regarding this? I believe the family deserves answers, and some accountability should be held.

I've been following the case of Jamiah McCoy's tragic death, and my heart truly goes out to her family and friends. From what I've read, there seems to be a growing concern about the security at the Tides Highland Apartments. It's alarming to think that such a terrible event could happen right in the courtyard of a residential complex. It makes me wonder about the measures in place to protect residents—were there any surveillance cameras, or is there any sort of routine patrol conducted by security personnel? I hope the property management steps up to address these concerns and prevent something like this from happening again. It's hard enough for the family to deal with their loss without thinking that something could've been done to prevent it. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this senseless act of violence.
